Holy Tin Cans Batman!

I work a “superhero” know as “Batman” who is collecting tin cans for an art project.

He had this very unattractive sign hanging over a box for his can collection.  That sad sign was making me sad…so I had to make him a new one.

This week: Scrappa-GoGo

Join Jamie and I for Scrappa-Go Go and make this pretty home decor project!  This sweet flower pot is bursting with beautiful paper blooms!  You will learn to craft FIVE different styles of paper flowers!   

Terracotta pot and all supplies are included in the class fee of just $18.  Plus, if you sign-up on-line you will save 10%. 

Class is Thursday April 12 from 6:30 to 8:30PM and repeats on Friday, April 13 from 10:30 to 12:30PM. Yes, we know that these dates coincide with CKC…but come Thursday evening and warm-up in our relaxing class atmosphere and kick-start those creative juices. Or come on Friday and have a stress-free morning with us…then head over to CKC once the crowds have thinned out!

Instructions:
1. Adhere 4 x 12” piece of Endless Love printed paper to lower portion of 12 x 12 Platinum Metallic cardstock.
2. Adhere 12” strip of Border punched Pin Strip wedding cardstock to bottom edge for Endless Love printed-paper.
3. Adhere 1.5 x 12” strip of White Dot Tea Towel printed-paper to top portion of Endless Love printed-paper.
4. Adhere
5. Adhere 8” Colorful Ceiling Tiles printed-paper circle to page.
6. Adhere 5.5 x 11.5” strip of Pin Stripe Wedding paper to upper portion of page.
7. Adhere photo to right side of Pin Stripe Wedding paper and page title to left side. Embellish title with ribbon and vintage key.
8. Embellish page with ribbon border, pretty buttons, Black organza flower and self-adhesive jewels.

Dream Layout

Instructions:
· Adhere 10.75’ square Red Herringbone printed-paper to 11” square of Blackberry cardstock. Adhere this to 12 x 12’ Natural cardstock.
· Adhere 8 x 8” Green and White Dot printed-paper to 8.25” Square of Natural cardstock. Adhere this piece to 8.5” square of Blackberry cardstock. Adhere this piece to page base using foam pop dots.
· Adhere 5 x 7” portrait photo to left side of Green and White Dot printed-paper.
· Using brads, add metal bookplate to chipboard title and adhere to page using foam pop dots and overlapping right corner of photo.
· Embellish page with flowers with pretty button centers, paper leaves and jewels.

Spring Piano Layout

Instructions:
1. Adhere Green Twist printed-paper to lower mid-section of page.
2. Add scalloped borders to upper and lower portion of this printed-paper.
3. Adhere 5 x 7” portrait style photo to 5.25 x 7.25 Lime Crush photo mat.
4. Print sentiment on White OP cardstock and trim down to 2 x 3”. Mat sentiment on 2.25 x 3.25 Lime Crush cardstock.
5. Embellish sentiment with bow and resin flower.
6. Punch 5 butterflies from each Two Scoops cardstock and sand to expose the color underneath.
7. Adhere Lemon Custard butterflies to page and then adhere only the body portion (not wings) Cake Batter butterflies on top of Lemon Custard butterflies.
8. Add 3 Desert Sun Jewels to each butterfly body and do pen work for butterly flight path.
9. Embellish lower right corner of page with 3 buttons.

Believe Layout

Instructions:
1. Mat 9.5 x 10” Daisy Circle printed-paper onto 9.75 x 10.25 Blackberry cardstock and adhere to left portion of 12 x 12 Turquoise Mist cardstock.
2. Mat 4.75 x 10.75 Teal Dot printed-paper onto 5 x 11 Blackberry cardstock and adhere to left portion of Daisy Circle printed-paper.
3. Mat 10.25 x 2.75 White Polka Dot printed-paper to 11 x 3” Blackberry cardstock and adhere to lower portion of page.
4. Mat 5 x 7 portrait photo to 5.25 x 7.25 Blackberry cardstock and adhere to center of page.
5. Create tulle Raven and White flowers using Glubers. Add button centers and adhere to left side of photo.
6. Slip black tulle under matted White Polka Dot Printed paper slip into holes punched into 1.75 x 3.25 Blackberry photo mat. Tie tulle in knot.
7. Adhere “Believe” Chipboard Title with black metal bookplate and brads to Blackberry mat.
